POLICIES & FEES
Set-Up & Tear-Down Fees
• $25 fee (per room) for Small Party Rooms
• $50 fee for the Tower
• $100 fee for the Great Room
• Fees apply to all parties and are subject to change based on setup requests.
Court Rentals
• Court rentals are not included in the room rental rate.
• $30 per court, per hour.
• Maximum of 10 courts unless otherwise approved by the Events Director.
• Availability is subject to existing bookings and Courts & Pints events.
Gratuity
• A 20% automatic gratuity is applied to the food & beverage portion of all parties.
Event Technology Services
• Two 65” mobile TV stations equipped with HDMI connectivity
• Three projectors with HDMI, USB, AV, and Bluetooth compatibility (supports screen sizes up to 200”)
• Technology fees are determined based on event size and equipment requirements
Policies
• A $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking and will be applied to the final bill.
• Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before the event; no refund within 48 hours.
• Renter is responsible for guest behavior and any damages.
• The use of tape or adhesive for decorations is strictly prohibited.
• No outside food or beverages permitted without prior authorization from Courts & Pints.
• Paddles and balls are available to borrow at no cost (limited supply).
• All Pickleball participants MUST sign the group waiver form before playing.
